Our QC process begins with the testing of incoming materials (raw copper, sputters and sizes). Materials that pass inspection are stocked and used for manufacturing. The production process is supported by tests for mold fixing time and maintenance, in which defective items are booted out. Other tests include mechanical, electrical and environmental testing. Further inspections are performed for quantity, finished products and packaging. Only fully inspected products are delivered to our customers.
